Heal the Hearts Foundation is dedicated to empowering families to create peaceful homes from a foundation of unconditional love. We serve families and professionals who are addressing the needs of children that face challenges stemming from disrupted attachments and trauma histories. Heal the Hearts promotes understanding and empowerment by providing advocacy, education, community outreach and treatment options.
Our guiding light is our vision of building strong and loving family relationships. We are compelled, through our vision and mission, to insure that children feel connected to a caring community, where they can experience permanent relationships with safe and supportive family and community members. We know that connectedness is the foundation of hope that leads to emotionally healthy lives, where decisions are made and result in true and sustained happiness. Our programs are enriched by the unique talents provided by volunteers and trained professionals.
